As a Senior Engagement Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation of Oracle Health/Cerner solutions.

What you will do:

  • Take accountability for managing highly complex, multi-client or multi-facility projects, effectively coordinating resources, ensuring adherence to contractual commitments, and overseeing financials.

  • Act as a crucial escalation point for client and project risks, promptly addressing risks and issues to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

  • Regularly review project milestones with both the internal project team and external clients, ensuring alignment, and proactively identifying any necessary course corrections.

  • Monitor key performance indicators to assess project progress and intervening as needed to mitigate client risks and deliver the promised value to clients.

  • Lead and support a team of highly influential associates responsible for delivering exceptional value to strategic clients, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, to execute the client's vision, objectives, and strategy, while ensuring alignment with the established methodology.

  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, encompassing all necessary tasks, timelines, and deliverables, to effectively manage client and project objectives and drive successful outcomes.

In this role, your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in driving the implementation of transformative solutions and fostering strong relationships with clients, contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization.

Responsibilities

Basic qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Health Informatics or equivalent relevant work experience

  • 7+ years of experience in the Healthcare industry

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management experience

  • Fluent in English

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium)

  • Project Management of Cerner Millennium implementation

  • PMP certification

Expectations:

  • This role is office based

  • Up to 80% of business travel

  • Open to Saudi Nationals only
