Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

This is an industrial maintenance position where candidates will be working primarily on CNC mills and lathes. The role involves 80% reactive maintenance and 20% preventive maintenance on CNC equipment. Candidates will work with conveyors, pneumatics, 3-phase 480V motors, and perform basic electrical troubleshooting. Familiarity with pumps and PLC systems (Fanuc or Siemens) is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform reactive maintenance on CNC mills and lathes.

• Conduct preventive maintenance on CNC equipment.

• Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, pneumatics, and 3-phase 480V motors.

• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting.

• Work with various types of pumps used in the plant.

• Utilize PLC troubleshooting skills, especially with Fanuc robots, Fanuc CNCs, and Okumas.

Essential Skills

• 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience.

• 3+ years of experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.

• Electrical troubleshooting experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• PLC/Fanuc experience.

Work Environment

The environment is very fast-paced as it is an automotive made-to-order supplier with three production shifts running continuously. The facility is clean and smaller in scale, with around 50 employees. The position available is on the second shift, with the expectation of working 60+ hours per week and frequently seven days a week.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Rochester, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $52000.00/yr.

They will get medical, dental, vision, 401k.

They can expect to get yearly raises based on how they are meeting KPIs.

They will get holiday and vacation days once they are working their.

This is a fully onsite position in Rochester,IN.
