Hillside Family of Agencies Clinical Manager (LCSW, LMFT, LCAT, LMHC) - Crestwood in Rochester, New York

WE ARE OFFERING A $4,000 SIGN ON BONUS FOR ALL CLINICAL POSITIONS!

We have an amazing opportunity for a Clinical Manager at our Crestwood Campus!

Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and provide clinical supervision and evaluate on going performance

  • Monitor caseload size and coordinate intakes and discharges

  • Lead service plan meetings to ensure appropriateness of the service plan and interventions

  • Ensure that any crisis situations are de-escalated and provide after-hours/weekend telephonic back-up for on call staff

  • Provide side by side youth/family and collateral contacts with staff and will be available for consultation to the team, inclusive of the family

  • Facilitate daily team meetings, review progress of each youth in the program

  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with others including schools, hospitals, other providers of services and law enforcement personnel

  • Ensure that quality outcomes and youth and family satisfaction are achieved and that the program meets all funder expectations.

  • Responsible for meeting any reporting requirements as requested by the funder

  • Ensure the team is fully prepared for audits and will respond to any deficiencies that are noted during audits.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in social work, mental health, or related field, required.

  • At least one of the following licenses are required to meet program need: Licensed Clinical Social Worker preferred, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed PHD Psychologist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Creative Arts Therapist will be considered. (LCSW, LMFT, LCAT, LMHC)

  • NYS driver’s license with a clean driving record to meet agency standards is required.

  • CPR certification is required or within 60 days of employment.

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role required, including family, community-based or residential work, or related setting and minimum of 3 years’ prior supervisory experience.

    $ 60,138.00 Minimum Rate per year, $100,230.00 Maximum Rate per year, based on experience.
