FLSA Status: Exempt

Purpose: The Commercial & Industrial Banker IV, Regional President, is responsible for cultivating external relationships with Centers of Influence and Business owners in the local community for mid to large clients. This position is responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of new and existing Commercial clients and executing strategic initiatives to expand market share and achieve revenue targets.

Essential Functions:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue objectives in alignment with overall company goals.
1. Business Development: Lead efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand market presence and grow the C&I loan portfolio.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationship with key clients, understanding their financial needs and providing customized banking solutions.
3. Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and mitigate risks associates with lending activities.
4. Performance Monitoring: Analyze key performance metrics and financial data to assess the effectiveness or strategies and initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
5. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration: collaborate with other departments such as credit, treasury management, and wealth management to deliver comprehensive banking solutions to clients.
7. Community Engagement: Represent the bank in the local community, participate in industry events, and support community initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
