ManpowerGroup Customer Service Representative NOT REMOTE (UP to $19/HR) in Rochester, New York

Our client, in Rochester NY is seeking a motivated Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join their team of professionals for a Monday-Friday, day shift role. This position is NOT remote.

Job Title: Inside Sales Representative/Customer Service

Location: Rochester NY (NOT A REMOTE POSITION)

Pay Range: Up to $19/hr)

What’s the Job?

Key responsibilities for this role would be:

  • Seek out new business opportunities with customers via phone, placing orders as well as providing sales quotes

  • Support and provide superior customer service for inbound calls, in addition to sales responsibilities

  • Research product solutions for customers to solve field-project issues

What’s Needed?

  • Prior retail, inside sales, or customer service experience

  • Past experience with wood, woodworking, panel and/or boards is a plus

  • Prior architectural or interior hardware experience is helpful but not required

  • As400 experience is helpful but not required

  • Team-oriented, shows initiative
