Hillside Family of Agencies Customer Service Specialist in Rochester, New York
We have an amazing opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist (Partner Service Operator) position at our Rochester, NY location.
This is a full-time position – 40 hours week Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm.
As a Partner Service Operator, you will be responsible for entering service requests received by telephone, email or fax into the Oracle Service Cloud database. Requests include all those for technology, facilities, purchasing, landline and cell phones, special diets as well as assisting staff with the room reservation process. Strong customer service skills. You will need to be respectful to internal and external customers and have a high sense of urgency to respond quickly. You will also need to have a positive attitude and the ability to triage information and discern when to contact a manager of the aforementioned departments for the purpose of immediate action.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, greets callers, and provide information while providing excellent customer service
Enters all service requests whether by telephone, fax, or email into the Oracle Service Cloud database in an accurate and timely manner
Operate a busy switchboard with proficiency in order to provide effective and excellent customer service
Performs clerical duties such as filing and triage through escalation to program managers on issues that need immediate resolutions
Work effectively with members of all teams within the agency
Learn and follow varied departmental processes
Requirements:
High School/GED
1+ years of customer service experience
Proficiency with software applications, accurate data entry and the ability to learn new applications must be demonstrated on the job
$17.50 Minimum Rate per hour, $23.00 Maximum Rate per hour, based on experience.
