FROM MANAGER: I’ll paste the “technical breakdown” of what I’m looking for below, but beyond the specific skillsets we really are looking for someone with an engineering mindset that can think on their feet, and are happy with a mixture of developmental and administrative tasks. (“DevOps mindset”) Here’s a breakdown of what we’re looking for: IAM Administrator III Overview • Often leads cross-team development efforts, taking responsibility for technical project leadership • Consistently sets the bar for code reviews and technical advice on their team • Performs well under outside pressure (e.g. customer escalations, Priority incidents) • Suggests technological tools that could help improve the delivery of customer solutions • Focuses on expanding own skills and working towards achieving certification in subject area • Self learner, can jump into new technologies with minimal management or training* • Dev/Ops role with a mix of about 50/50 programming/project efforts and administration/task based work. Skills Intermediate/Advanced Understanding of IAM technologies Advanced understanding of Privileged Access Management technologies Advanced Azure/Active Directory Users and Groups administration Advanced PowerShell command line and scheduled scripts • Includes working with API's • Following IDM Developer standards and guidelines Advanced data analysis Self-starter Includes projects that require resources from multiple teams Advanced SQL Advanced Unix enterprise application administration and troubleshooting • Includes installation, patching, upgrades, system maintenance, scripting • Includes administration of database and directory server Advanced Windows/Cloud enterprise application administration and troubleshooting • Includes installation, patching, upgrades, system maintenance, scripting Technical Documentation Participate in On-Call rotation (roughly one week a month with minimal after hour's needs) Handling level 3 helpdesk ticket escalations and reviewing system emails with a mindset of automating repeated manual tasks Should know additional coding languages - Java, JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Scripting Advanced troubleshooting skills in Unix and Windows environments
