Insight Global is sourcing for a Senior Brand Designer to join a global marketer of branded footwear, apparel, and accessories. As Senior Brand Designer, you will come from a background in brand-related graphic design and motion graphics, and looking to take the next step in your career. The ideal candidate will be a creative individual, who can envision breakthrough creative concepts and then bring them to life in many styles and formats. In addition, the ideal candidate will maintain a strong understanding of digital marketing and design principles and be able to conceptualize with forward thinking fashion and brand trends. Compensation: $100,000/hr. to $130,000/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements

-Bachelors degree in graphic design, art direction or equivalent experience

-Roughly 5 years of experience developing visual identities, motion graphics and key art at a creative/branding agency or design-led consumer brand.

-Expert-level experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite.

-Extensive experience in After Effects and Adobe Premiere

-Strong skill in layouts, typography, design systems, composition, color, visualization, mood boards, brand guidelines, user journeys and graphic design fundamentals

-Ability to communicate conceptual vision through mood boards and storyboarding.

-Analytical mindset, ability to utilize consumer insights, behaviors, mindsets, rituals and context to help craft holistic design systems.

-Ability to develop graphic concepts and research design trends that communicate clearly to the customer. -Previous experience with on-set production; ability to guide and direct freelancers null
