AMEX is seeking a Global New Account / Fraud and Data Analytics Intern in our Rome office. Internship must play a significant role in our organization as an opportunity to grow and support all activities. We are searching for a student interested in Data Analytics and a work player to create a partnership with both function with Leadership oriented and who would like to work alongside our GNA / NA Team. This is a paid internship opportunity that will provide the intern with an excellent, hands-on introduction to a thriving, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Projects :
An intern will be offered an opportunity to be involve in meaningful work/projects, be exposed to daily Global New Account / Fraud function, support Customer through application journey as well as processing and analyzing the application
The intern will be introduced to useful tools and resources that will help the intern grow both professionally and personally. Projects would include Supporting the Manager and TLS GNA a Fraud team, the GNA /Fraud Analytics Intern will work to extract and analyze data from a wide range of GNA / Fraud system to develop key people-based analytics for use in market dashboards and local business decisions. The intern will also have the opportunity to support the Manager to create dashboard and presentation in the market through data and meaningful projects.
The intern will gain experience in the following areas: * *
Supporting the development and implementation of best practices for GNA /Fraud data analytics, Recommend a Friend, Resolution Rate etc
Supporting the analysis and application of metrics to GNA application Journey
GNA / Fraud analytic reporting and analysis
Support engagement local and EMEA initiatives
Support financial activities for invoice payments
Support GNA / Fraud projects and initiatives
Skills & Experience Required: * *
Current undergraduate or graduate students and recent college graduates are encouraged to apply: Financial, Economy and Trade, Digital Marketing
Highly data managementorientated and excellentspoken and writtenskills in English
ExcellentLanguageskillsItalian
Must knowbasic PC skills and familiar with Excell Microsoft/Windows applications.
Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
You’re able to remain calm under pressure, think on your feet and proactively solve problems
