How will you make an impact in this role?

This role sits within the Italy Interactive Team, which is responsible for managing digital channels to acquire new Card Members and shaping a seamless, ever-evolving online customer experience.

This position is a fantastic opportunity to expand digital marketing skills and drive tangible growth for the business.

In this role, the resource will be responsible for the definition and execution of Interactive Internal Acquisition strategy, using Cardmember Base to drive revenues growth through upgrade, cross sell and additional cards acquisition campaigns.

The ideal candidate has a strong curiosity about digital channels (with strong focus on digital acquisition and journey optimization); they will be able to manage multiple projects passionate about driving strong acquisition results and to become the local market main contact for all the processes, capabilities and standard methodologies to be developed in Digital Internal Acquisition framework.

Key responsibilities

  • Play a pivotal role in defining the end-to-end Interactive Internal Acquisition strategy, including the development of an effective offer strategy and respective communication plan (defining the relevant touchpoints and messages).

  • Be responsible for the execution of the strategy, by setting up the offers and collaborating with external agencies to build acquisition campaigns, as well as managing the requirements collection and approval process fulfilment with internal partners.

  • Build and improve an effective customer journey, including the set-up, update and optimization of digital touchpoints.

  • Collaborate with external vendors and other internal teams on new projects, aimed at uplifting the existing acquisition platform.

  • Build a close relationship with other teams (e.g. New Accounts) to both supervise and optimize current processes as well as developing new projects for localizing standard methodologies from other markets.

  • Define and monitor the main acquisition funnel critical metrics to analyze results and make recommendations on next activities and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of marketing experience.

  • Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, experience in email marketing or digital marketing.

  • Proficient in Italian and in English.

  • Proficient in using Excel and Power Point.

  • Project management and organizational skills including attention to detail, balancing multiple priorities, managing timelines, driving flawless execution.

  • Have a “can do” attitude towards problem solving and demonstrated ability to work well with new opportunities.

  • Strong communication, collaboration and team playing skills

  • Analytic abilities, able to work with data to generate valuable insights.

  • Results oriented attitude.

  • Knowledge of Adobe, Google Analytics and Content Management System tools is a plus.
