Flint Hills Resources Learning and Development Leader in Rosemount, Minnesota

Your Job FHR is seeking a Learning & Development Leader responsible for leading a learning team that develops training programs or learning plans to achieve business goals and objectives. This individual will identify and analyze metrics to measure the performance and success of learning solutions. Another key aspect of the role is providing leadership development and partnering with individuals at all levels of the organization to achieve business results. Our Team The Learning and Development Leader is based at our refinery in Rosemount, MN and is part of our Human Resources team, reporting to the HR Director. This role has direct reports who together will help employees learn and retain the skills and knowledge necessary to fulfill their roles, responsibilities, and expectations. What You Will Do Partner with plant leaders, site trainers and other team members to ensure alignment between business priorities and the strategic learning plan and roadmap. Responsible for guiding and developing the strategy for role-specific and site-specific learning strategies and supervisor/leadership development. Collaborate with the leaders and training specialists to analyze, design, develop and support implementation of specialized learning solutions based on business needs, as well as provide guidance for data gathering and measurement. Provide leadership development support for facility supervisors and other designated leaders including instructor-led and self-directed learning solutions (e.g., eLearning, program solutions, etc.). Partner with leadership at both refinery sites in Rosemount, MN and Corpus Christi, TX to develop strategies for leadership development and supervisor onboarding plans. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience communicating with a variety of stakeholders across the organization, including senior leaders Experience coaching and supporting the professional development of leaders including the ability to design, develop and facilitate high-impact professional development for both new and existing supervisors and other business leaders. Experience gathering, conducting, and evaluating learning solution performance to recommend and develop solutions for improvement. What Will Put You Ahead Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment supporting organizational development. Experience managing full cycles of curriculum design including facilitator user guides, participant workbooks, presentation decks, eLearning, videos, job aids, and other learning collateral.
