What to expect?

A Food & Beverage Management internship is never the same, so you have got to love diverse days with the chance to create meaningful change. This is your chance to get to know everything there is to know about managing our F&B outlets, including operational and non-operational aspects. It certainly involves so much more than you can imagine! You will be responsible to support the F&B Management with running a smooth operation and providing a consistent high level of service to our guests and colleagues. Next to that you will be involved in administrative, strategic and financial decision making. What kind of leader do you want to become? What will be your leadership legacy? Ensuring that nothing is lacking for the guests, and if necessary handling problems, complaints and/or questions give you even more opportunities for personal development. Next to that you play a pivotal role in supporting the Food and Beverage Manager on his mission to upgrade the current F&B offerings. Since the schedule is adapted to the business needs, every day may vary.

What else will you be doing?

You will be supporting the Food & Beverage Manager during office hours with administrative, strategic and financial tasks and projects. Next to that you will play a big role in improving overall communication and KPI's. The projects and events that you are responsible for depend on the business and are therefore subject to change. Analysing guest satisfaction results and implementing a plan of action to improve performance is one example. You may also put your planning and organizing skills to the test with events or contribute to marketing activities like creating and executing social media plans.

Ambition, this is the word that you identify yourself with. You are a true team-player with an extensive hands-on mentality. Food & Beverage experience in a restaurant environment is necessary. In this highly international environment, you understand the importance of communication and your English skills are well developed.
