Sutter Health Talent Acquisition Consultant, Recruitment Marketing in Sacramento, California

Position Overview:

This position offers hybrid flexibility, with some onsite work required for meetings and events. The ideal candidate will reside within a commutable distance to Sacramento.

As the Recruitment Marketing & Employer Brand Consultant, you will support Talent Acquisition by developing recruitment marketing content and campaigns for various social media outlets, job boards, and career websites.

by leveraging vendor products and resources (Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn & Phenom) that drive brand awareness and attract top talent. You will be our employer brand champion developing a wide range of messaging that expresses our employee value proposition. You will be responsible for creating appealing graphics that elevate our brand for specific talent segments and markets.

Key responsibilities will include analyzing and presenting key recruitment marketing metrics and using these insights to inform new and ongoing campaigns, programs, content, and tactics. Your contributions will be influential in our monthly and quarterly business reviews. • Responsible for managing company career pages and leveraging vendor products and resources (Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn & Phenom)

• Creates employment campaigns by attracting candidates through various social media outlets and company pages.

• Creates and edits video content for internal employment branding as well as external attraction campaigns.

• Creates and manages both blog content, as well as organizing submissions from the internal talent community.

• Researches related trends and manages employment related websites including but not limited to careers pages on social media, job boards, event advertisements and the company’s employment page.

• Provides and suggests technology solutions for engaging candidates in our talent community. Uses text, virtual and AI platforms to expand our reach and extend frequent communication for job seekers.

• Responsible for rendering of drafts for large scale recruitment collateral.

• Writes copy for digital social media campaigns and recruitment event collateral.

• Builds web content based on online marketing strategy for optimal user experience.

• Designs online display, advertising and online graphics with brand or sub-branding guidelines or collaborates/manages external/internal designers and/or production firms.

• Analyzes engagement data, tracks outcomes to determine marketing impact.

Job Description :

EDUCATION:

[Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.]

  • Bachelor's: Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field.

  • Bachelor's: Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations preferred.

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

  • 8 years recent relevant experience.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Experience with InDesign, Canva, Photoshop Pro and Adobe preferred

  • Knowledge of applicable employment discrimination laws.

  • Familiar with local and national labor market trends pertaining to executive recruiting.

  • Working knowledge of recruiting best practices/processes.

  • Ability to understand the components included in executive total rewards packages.

  • Working knowledge and ability to use various social media/technology platforms to recruit and source executive-level candidates.

  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotions in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.

  • Assessment skills to determine candidate’s suitability for meeting executive talent needs.

  • Analytical and conceptual skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Demonstrates a personal and professional presence when interacting with executives, other management leaders, and potential candidates.

  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing, with tact and diplomacy, and to present information to a variety of audiences.

  • Ability to influence decision-making when circumstances require.

  • Ability to establish credibility and interact and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the performance of the role’s duties.

  • Demonstrates respect for cultural and linguistic differences and fosters an inclusive work environment.

  • Organization and planning skills to effectively manage and/or re-prioritize activities and projects to meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of responsiveness.

Pay Range is $52.01 to $78.03 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
