ABOUT THE ROLE
Location: Remote - Michigan residents
If you want to start a career where you can showcase your computer and problem-solving skills, this entry-level customer service position is an excellent opportunity! As a remote Automotive Parts Support Agent at Morley, you'll help customers and wholesale parts distributers who need vehicle parts information.
You don't need to know anything about cars or parts -- we'll train you on everything you need to know to succeed!
What You'll Do
- Provide fantastic service over the phone
- Use your computer skills to:
- Identify, order and locate parts
- Track shipments
- Check availability of parts
- Escalate cases to Liaison and Team Leads if needed

Required Skills
Computer, typing and phone skills
Can speak and type proficiently at the same time
Able to quickly understand the customer, build rapport and work with them in a professional manner
Able to problem-solve, act as a consultant and resolve customer issues
Be organized, able to meet deadlines
Have a positive, self-starter attitude with a solid work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail
Eligibility Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
- Available to work shifts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday (no weekends!)
- Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time sensitive
*Nice to Have *
- College degree in a relevant or related field
- Experience in the automotive industry
Remote Work Requirements
- Michigan resident
- High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline
- Secluded and distraction-free work environment
