Description We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team in SAINT CHARLES, Missouri, 63301-1877, United States. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity in the legal industry. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, answering multi-line phone systems, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for the office, greeting visitors and responding to inquiries both over the phone and in person.

• Manage multi-line phone systems, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and directed to the appropriate staff member.

• Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating with various team members to ensure smooth operations.

• Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and databases.

• Manage email correspondence, responding to queries and forwarding messages as necessary.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to organize files and manage information effectively.

• Exercise strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.

• Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area. Requirements • Proficient in answering and managing a multi-line phone system

• Ability to handle email correspondence efficiently

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

• Reception experience or similar role is preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent is required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong time management skills

• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively

• Professional attitude and appearance.
