ARAMARK CORRECTIONAL SVCS INC Cook Supervisor in SAINT LOUIS, Missouri
BCCX shift 3:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
-Maintain safe and sanitary work environment, which conforms to all standards and regulations. Adhere to safety policies and accident reporting procedures.
-Train and supervise inmates in proper cooking, serving and cleaning procedures.
-Ensure proper portion and any special dietary requirements are fulfilled.
-Assigns and coordinates work of inmates to promote efficiency of operations.
-Adhere to all security standards, policies and procedures, ensuring storage areas are locked at all times. Ensure all tools and equipment are returned after use and secured. Ensure all keys are returned and secured.
-Complete all documentation to meet or exceed trained standards.
-Perform all duties as assigned.
