Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC Enterprise Support Manager in Saint Paul, Minnesota
Our client is looking for an Enterprise Support Manager who can manage projects/initiatives, alongside managing a Help Desk team. This candidate will be managing the Help Desk as well as delivering and executing the strategy to centralize help desk operations of 8+ acquired companies into one centralized Help Desk. Required Skills:
- Experience managing projects/programs and consolidations/centralizations
- Experience selling to executive leadership on large ideas (i.e. help desk consolidation/centralization/merger)
- Experience moving from legacy technologies to current
- Confident tone to deliver well
- Able to multitask several initiatives
