Fujifilm SalesForce Data Analyst in Saint Paul, Minnesota
Overview
FDB use Salesforce as our primary Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Salesforce is used to record, track and report on all prospect and client commercial activities. It is a vital tool in FDB pipeline governance,S&OP and all aspects ofcommercialactivityreportingand demand management. Data outputs are used in commercial and strategic decision making.
A Salesforce Data Stewardis responsible forworking closely with data owners including Commercial, Marketing, S&OP and Program Management teams to ensure that the data in Salesforceisaccurate, current,and complete. The post holder is accountable for thequalityof the data within Salesforce andensures that Salesforce governance and document practices are upheld.
The Salesforce Data Steward will support FDB drive for continuous improvement and willmonitorongoing results,define process areas for review, and conduct benchmarking activities to ensure best in class results for data management best practices.

Principal Accountabilities:
In collaboration with Salesforce users,ensure that data in Salesforce isaccurate,completeand is of excellent qualitywhich canbe used accurately and effectively in FDB commercial analysis and reporting.
Be responsible foraccurateandtimelydata entries from supporting functions who do not have access to Salesforce opportunity and demand forecast management.
Monitor data accuracy and completeness, conducting regular audits and data cleansing activities.
Develop andmaintainbestpractices related to data management practices, policies, and procedures.
Provide training and support to users on data management best practices within Salesforce.
Collaborate with key stakeholders toaddress data quality issues,implementcorrective actions,andprovide suggestions for process improvements, whereappropriate.
And other job duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Can include cross function collaborative and project team leadership assignment consistent with personal strategic,operationaland technicalleadership
Background and Education Requirements
Bachelor’sdegree (or equivalent) in business,engineering,or science
Experience with Salesforce, alternative CRM system orpreviousexperience in a data entry/management role.
Minimum three years of experience in biologics drug development and/or contract manufacturing/testing organization, or equivalent experience.
Be able to understand anddemonstratean understanding of importance of data accuracy and how data is used toaiddecision making.
Demonstrates a basic understanding of the biopharmaceutical industry with an ability and attitude tolearn.
Process analytical thinking qualities and behaviours
Possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Beable to communicate clearly and persuasively withdifferent rolesin theorganisation.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Highly responsible & reliable.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
The job holder will support the entire global commercial organization and collaborate withat all levels of the organization across all sitesand global functions.
Salesforce data is the sole commercial planning tool which provides FDB with insight into clients, sales opportunities and sales booked. Salesforce is used to make important business decisions such as asset and organizational strategies and reports are used at Site and Executive Leadership levels.
The post holder is accountable for Salesforce data quality, that data is managed following documented business processes and can be reported to key stakeholders and leadership.Executive Leadership relies on the accuracy of thisdatato understand the financial health of the organizationand tomake hiring decisionsto ensure sites are appropriately staffed for their workloads.The ideal candidate willpossessstrong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity as they will be piloting this role for a new process.
Data canbe complex andcollectedfrom a variety of sources, the post holder willbe responsible forensuring that data sources arevalidated,accurateand are updated in real time to ensure that data is available real-time as per business needs.The post holder will at times need to schedule meetings with multiple participants to lead a discussion parsing through the nuances of individual situations.
The ideal candidate willpossessexcellentorganisational and data managementskills.
Candidate must be able to build andmaintaineffective and credible relationships with key stakeholders and across all areas of the business. The successful candidate will be meticulous, process-driven and have first class organizational skills.
