Fitness Coach
At any given time, Courthouse Club Fitness serves over 20,000 members. Many of these members struggle to maintain a consistent routine because sticking to an exercise plan is hard. Fitness Coaches make it simple and fun by creating a specific path to success based on each member's individual needs, goals, and desires. Fitness Coaches utilize various tools like Group Exercise and Training classes. We believe fitness is better together and have found over the last fifty years that members who are plugged into a group are more successful than those who journey on their own.
Fitness Coaches must be able to connect and build relationships. Because we practice what we preach, Fitness Coaches also lead Group Exercise and Training classes. You don’t have to be a fitness expert with rock-hard abs on day one. Our comprehensive onboarding program will equip you with a roadmap and all the tools you need to be successful as you guide members toward a healthier lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and track a large volume of members to deliver their desired results
Bring the BOOM through music and coaching to match the training environment
Integrating new or current members into Directed Exercise - Group or Training Classes
Job Duties
Being present in high-traffic areas during peak times
Effectively manage and track a large volume of members in our software
Enroll new members in the best membership for them
Develop a fitness plan for new members that aligns with their fitness goals and integrates them into directed exercise.
Execute the fitness plan by leading and coaching the members.
Motivate members to continue to improve their fitness journey.
Promote and engage in club programs, activities, and services.
Lead Small Group and Private training sessions in the club
Oversees as well as maintains a safe and clean Club environment.
Progress and regress the client as needed to maintain client success
Attends & participates in training meetings (Company & Club Level)
