University of Utah Administrative Assistant for Faculty Rev in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah
The Office for Faculty is seeking an administrative professional to join our vibrant and collaborative team as an Administrative Assistant. Located in the Park Building, the Office for Faculty oversees faculty processes in Academic Affairsfrom recruitment and hiring to faculty and administrator professional development, faculty reviews and tenure, and leaves and retirements.In cooperation with the Vice Provost for Faculty (VPF), the Director of Office for Faculty Administration, and the Faculty Reviews Coordinator, the Administrative Assistant will help support Faculty Review activities and processes in the Office for Faculty. This includes assisting and advising the departments and colleges with the programs and processes related to faculty reviews (Interfolio); ensuring faculty reviews are in accordance with established criteria; and advising on faculty review processes and the application of University regulations. Special project assignments will provide plenty of opportunities to enhance and expand skills and experience.
