University of Utah Member and Admission Sales Coordinator in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah

The Natural History Museum of Utah is inviting applications for the Membership and Admissions Sales Coordinator position on the Guest and Member Experience Team (GMET). The GMET Membership and Admissions Sales Coordinator will help to advance the Museums goals by developing and executing the sales and acquisition strategy for our Museum Membership program. The successful applicant will be one who believes deeply in the Museums mission, is passionate about customer service, and is eager to achieve personal/departmental sales goals using their expert knowledge of our membership programs. Additional responsibilities include selling admission tickets, audio guides, communicating with members/guests about general NHMU happenings, training new staff, and monitoring Membership sales. They will collaborate closely with other members of the department and NHMU to advance department and Museums goals. Individual will also be cross trained as a GMET Shift Coordinator to help cover areas as needed. We also place a strong emphasis on providing an exceptional experience to every guest who visits the museum or participates in any of our programs. We believe that everyone at NHMU, at every level and in all departments, are a critical part of providing this level of experience. Therefore, all staff members receive ongoing training and are expected to consistently contribute to creating exceptional, memorable, and inclusive experiences for our guests, partners, and the community.
