Equity Analyst – Entry Level
Salt Lake City, Utah – (Must reside in Utah)
$42 to $50k/yr.
We are currently seeking an Entry Level Equity Analyst for a leading global financial services firm. As an Equity Analyst you'll gain hands-on experience in business development, trade processing, cash transfers, settlements, and client inquiries, playing a crucial role in meeting the capital needs of leading global hedge funds.

Your Responsibilities
Work directly with clients and external brokers to settle trades and resolve trade-related issues.
Manage a dedicated portfolio of clients or a market, developing relationships and providing exceptional service throughout the trade life cycle.
Utilize investigative skills to address client queries and resolve daily issues.
Investigate discrepancies in internal records, identify resolutions, and escalate issues as needed.
Analyze and improve processes to reduce risk and eliminate repetitive tasks.
Influence client behavior to achieve superior operational and service outcomes.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Comfortable presenting complex information clearly and concisely.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple daily deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail and a focus on risk management and control.
Eager to improve processes and address inefficiencies.
Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
Capable of managing small projects, influencing others, and driving change.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive and self-motivated.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and data analysis; VBA coding and Excel/Outlook macro experience is a plus.
