SPECTRAFORCE TECHNOLOGIES INC Operations Analyst in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah
Job Title: Operations Analyst Location: Salt Lake City, UT Duration: 6 Months
Duties: The analyst/associate will liaise with PWM Advisors, internal and external portfolio managers, Compliance, and numerous teams within Operations to oversee asset servicing event processing, position, and activity reconciliation, and provide helpdesk support to PWM Advisors.
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL * Assist PWM Advisors with asset servicing event processing related questions * Perform position and activity reconciliations to mitigate risk * Platform design and process improvements
Skills: SKILLS and EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Strong focus on risks, controls, and attention to detail. * Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure to meet intraday deadlines. * Ability to work on multiple projects and priorities. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment; able to work independently and as a self-starter as appropriate. * Strong analytical skills. * Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, etc.) as well as proficiency with web-based applications.
Education: * Bachelor's degree required.
