University of Utah PS Manager, Research in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah
Under minimal supervision, responsible for planning, organizing, directing and/or controlling all aspects pertaining to research functions of assigned department's internal and external customer service, staffing and financial management operations pertaining to areas including (but not limited to) research and development in geological, chemical, biological, and archeological studies, statistical methods, technical reporting, and outcomes publishing. Acts as a catalyst betweenthe department and its customers and staff to ensure continuity and quality of service and care.Plan, organize, direct and control aspects of research projects as part of natural history studies in ophthalmic diseases. Interact with clinical study sites and sponsors regarding organization of the reading center in close collaboration with the UREAD Director and the UREAD Program Manager, to ensure that sponsor's goals and expectations are met.
