Basic Job Functions:

Principal duties of the successful candidate are to provide leadership, training and direction for the sales and customer service efforts at Nucor Towers & Structures (NTS) across a specific region (West). The Regional Manager will lead our customer relations initiatives, working with both our teammates and manufacture representatives to build lasting, impactful partnerships with our customers. The selected candidate will work with Product Group leadership towards setting and executing the overall goals and objectives of NTS. Candidate will work alongside the Sales & Business Development Manager at defining, leading and communicating commercial initiatives while developing and maintaining a profitable order book. Effectively taking care of our customers by creating focus on safety, quality, cost, service, on time delivery and productivity are paramount. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to ini tiate, lead and uphold safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent metals industry experience
  • 3+ years of Sales Leadership Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business-related field
  • 2+ years of experience working in Utility infrastructure industry
  • Advanced problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to utilize analytical/statistical tools
