SALES REPRESENTATIVE / SERVICE TECHNICIAN (Northern Sweden)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as aSales Representative / Service TechnicianforNorthern Sweden. This unique role combines technical service expertise with proactive sales skills, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

In this position, you will be responsible for performing service work and sales ofPermobil’s Power Wheelchairs and Seating Products, addressing and resolving customers' and users' technical service needs. As part of the sales aspect of the role, you will be maintaining and expanding our customer base in the Northern Sweden. Your goal will be to drive sales and service growth by building strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities. You will find solutions to technical problems with their electric wheelchair through troubleshooting, repair and assembly and debit your service time.

Responsibilities

• Independently converting available market potential into projects and maximizing the sales in the regions of Västernorrland, Jämtland, Västerbotten and Norrbotten,

• Take full ownership of your accounts within your area of responsibility,

• Manage customer technical service in accordance with Permobil’s processes, ensuring accurate documentation in relevant systems,

• Provide expert technical assistance and trainings in the field to customers and end-users.

Key Duties

• Develop and strengthen customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and expand the customer base,

• Plan and coordinate sales activities, prepare and complete action plans, and bring the sales strategy "on the road."

• Manage your own agenda, including creating new fittings, quotes, orders, coordinating sales activities and service requests

• Achieve sales targets, support new product launches, and represent the company at trade fairs,

• Continuously improve your skills through product training and proactive engagement,

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and warranty assessments on the Permobil Product Portfolio and document your work,

• Handle customer requests, technical complaints and feedback, providing solution-based support,

• Prepare service quotes, promoting the value of Permobil’s parts and products.

Qualifications

• Technical education e.g. mechanic/electrical engineering or comparable technical apprentice education,

• High technical and practical understanding and good knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering,

• Minimum of 3-5 years technical service / support experience, combined with a strong sales or commercial background,

• It is an advantage if you have experience with people with disabilities, either professionally or privately,

• B driving license,

• Fluency in Swedish and English,

• Good computer skills,

• Occupational Therapist or Physio Therapist education is a merit.
