• Materialversorgung mengen- und termingerecht disponieren.

• In kritischen Situationen die termin- und mengengerechte Anlieferung sicherstellen.

• Lieferpläne aufstellen und mit Lieferanten abstimmen.

• Sonderteile (z.B. montagekritisch, sperrig) disponieren.

• Lieferabrufe ausstellen und zusenden.

• Erstellung (z. B. Bedarfsberechnungen) und Pflege des Kanban System.

• Zulieferung anhand der geplanten Vorlauftermine, Lagerbestände und des Produktionsprogrammes abrufen.

• Nicht durchzuführenden Aufträge aufgrund fehlender Materialien abstimmen.

• Abrufbestätigungen überprüfen, Liefersituationen abklären, Lieferungen anmahnen.

• Bei Engpässen oder sonstigen Lieferschwierigkeiten (z.B. Vormaterialengpässe, Qualitätseinbrüche, höhere Gewalt) Maßnahmen zur Produktionssicherung veranlassen.

• Umdispositionen durchführen und interne Abklärungen (z.B. Verschiebungen der Programmfolge) in Gang setzen.

• Inventurergebnisse auswerten, Fehler suchen und Dispositionsunterlagen bereinigen.

• Vorschläge zur Verschrottung bzw. Verwertung von Überschussmaterial ausarbeiten.

• Abgeschlossene mindestens dreijährige Berufsausbildung (z.B. Industriekaufmann-/frau, Fertigungsmechaniker-/in)

• Ein bis drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Beschaffung/operativer Einkauf

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office und ERP Systemen (ideal AS400)

• Teamfähigkeit

• Belastbarkeit
