Responsibilities

Position Details:

  • Pay: $20/hr

  • Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (7 Weeks)

  • Location: San Antonio, TX 78251

  • Duration: Temp-to-Hire and Contract Opportunities

Estimated Start: October 21st

Post-Training Schedule: Sunday - Saturday, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm

  • Days Off: One Weekend & One Weekday (Tues, Wed, or Thurs)

Job Description:

  • Review and manage customers' credit card profiles, payments, and accounts

  • Assist customers in understanding their balances

  • Handle 75-100 calls daily, with higher volume during early morning shifts

  • Transfer escalated calls as necessary

  • Performance metrics include average handle time, QA scores, and weekly performance reviews with managers
