Adecco is hiring immediately for a Customer Service Representative job in San Antonio, TX. Weekly pay starting at $16/hr-$17/hr. This is an opportunity that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career.

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative role include:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls

  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements:

  • Availability to work flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime (which may include weekends)

  • Experience with Microsoft Office

  • Clerical or data entry experience.

Pay Details: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
