Responsibilities
REPORTS TO : Food Service Manager
POSITION PURPOSE : To wash dishes by hand and/or machine; keep work area clean; set-up and clean other food service areas; stock inventory; and any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Perform sanitation duties.
CQI.
Follow all department and safety rules.
Team work.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS :
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED preferred.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: None.
EXPERIENCE: One-year dishwashing experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Correctable vision and hearing.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach above shoulders.
Ability to tolerate heat, steam, and chemicals.
Ability to lift 30 pound items.
