Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Revenue Operations is hiring a Senior Manager of E&S Program Operations to lead a newly-formed team responsible for various Enablement & Support programs. The ideal candidate has experience leading through ambiguity, formalizing team operations, and enabling delivery across diverse & dynamic workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and enable a functionally-diverse team of five operations managers

• Model and coach associates on program and change management practices

• Continuously enable employee growth, development, and progression

• Manage team capacity , strategic planning, and executional performance

• Translate strategic concepts into functional goals and tactical steps

• Drive excellence within various support/operational programs across the business

• Deepen relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and decision-makers

• Improve and formalize team process, policy, reporting, and documentation

• Proactively identify , resolve, and report functional disruptions or risks

• Scope and solution opportunities to drive efficiencies and scale

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 + years of people management experience

• 5+ years in ads, operations, or program management

• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities

• Strong written & verbal communication of complex topics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with service management through Salesforce, JIRA

• Analytical thinking and experience solving problems autonomously

• Excellent stakeholder negotiation and customer management

• Proven track record driving operational excellence at scale
