SOLUTE Careers 1185 - Anti-Submarine Tactical Air Controller in San Diego, California

Sigma Defense is seeking an Navy Veteran with extensive Anti-Submarine Tactical Air Controller (ASTAC) experience to fill the ASTAC position as part of the ATGPAC Battle Lab team at Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP).

We need the rare skill set you have developed in controlling aircraft to assist the ATG Battle Lab in executing its mission of providing tactical training to ships in the basic phase through Fleet Synthetic Training (FST). Be on the cutting edge of Live Virtual Training and make a difference to our Navy’s capability at the same time.

Join this exceptional team of Technical Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Equipment Technicians and Equipment Operators in the configuration and operation of the Fleet Battle Lab and Modeling & Simulation Control Centers; Synthetic Training Event Planning, Integration and Execution; BMD Systems and Training Support; Tactical Data Management Support and Executive Agent Support.

Requirements

  • Must have mid-level experience in controlling Rotary Wing aircraft in Surface and Anti-Surface Warfare operations.

  • Must have experience operating a Navy tactical type of military system such as BFTT, JSAF, and MARCI System and Tactical Voice/Data Communications.

Personnel Clearance Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess an active, DoD-issued Secret Level Clearance.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually.
