EXOS Assistant Operations Manager in San Diego, California

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

We're looking for an Assistant Operations Manger to join the Exos team! As our new Assistant Operations Manager, you will:

  • Develop, coordinate, manage and maintain the day to day operations of all programs

  • Be responsible for maintaining knowledge on all our internal products and programs, and being able to implement updates into the program

  • Assist in the management and implementation of internal and external systems and vendors

  • Assist in the integration with the clients’ vendors as part of a global strategy

  • Manage and be the point of escalation for the Client Services Center and Membership Services Representative

  • Provide proactive identification of problems, inefficiencies and subsequent solution planning

  • Manage membership and security access system and all related business processes

  • Collaborate with tenant and partner POC's on enrolment and routine auditing projects

  • Desire to be successful and work as part of a team

  • Other tasks as assigned

    The Ideal Candidate would have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health and Wellness, Business, or related field

  • Minimum of two years of experience in corporate wellness, total population health or program management experience

  • Proficiency in program development, implementation and ongoing management

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with innovation, collaboration and initiative

  • Detail focused, able to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks

  • Limited travel (5-15%) required

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn internal software systems

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

    Physical Requirements:

  • Requires long periods of standing or sitting.

  • Moderate use of computer terminal screen, right or left hand use, typing.

  • Grasping and gripping movements

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. Some lifting may require additional assistance from another staff person. Employee expected to use discretionary judgment and ask for assistance from another employee if an item is perceived to be too heavy to lift without assistance.

  • Continuous exposure to moderate to loud noise.

  • Occasional exposure to bodily fluids.

  • Occasional lifting, pulling, climbing, kneeling, and bending.

    Residents of California, Colorado, New York, and Washington: Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $28.85/hour to $31.25/hour. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs. Exos offers a comprehensive benefits package for all full time employees (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements), which includes health insurance, life and disability benefits, 401(k) plan, and paid time off. Additionally, Exos offers a variety of part time benefits (subject to eligibility requirements).
