Strong knowledge of desktop computer applications, including Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Forms), Concur, Outlook and proficiency learning and adapting to new software and applications
Demonstrated problem solving skills.
Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment while providing superior service levels.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High School diploma or G.E.D. and 5+ years of administrative support experience. An associate’s or bachelor's degree is also a plus or equivalent work experience.
How you will lead
As an Executive Assistant Business Partner on the team, you will be supporting multiple Directors and their overall teams.
Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and catering when necessary
Performs high-level administrative assistance, and general office duties such as management of calendars and scheduling to support teams based on a thorough understanding of business priorities.
Event planning to include support for large meetings, off-sites and team events
Special projects for department and/or corporate initiatives coordinated and administered Travel coordination
