Job Description

Seeking a skilled OD Grinder to join our team in a dynamic machine shop environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating OD grinding machines and using precise measuring tools to meet exact specifications. This role is pivotal as we transition from old school batch manufacturing processes to modern, lean manufacturing practices.

Machine shop environment undergoing a cultural shift towards modern 'one piece flow' and 'Lean Manufacturing', including the implementation of 5S.
