Description Robert Half is currently seeking an IT Support Tier I/II for a client located in San Diego, CA. IT Support Tier I/II will be responsible for setting up hardware for new and existing employees (Computers, Monitors, Printers, etc) along with troubleshooting Windows/MAC issues that arise. We are looking to present candidates immediately and this IT Support Tier I position will not be open long. • 2-3 years of end user support experience providing deskside & Remote troubleshooting experience

• Troubleshooting on Mac & PC Windows 7/10 and OSX

• Experience with the following: Hardware/software installation/Microsoft Office products and connectivity issues

• Network/routers (basic setup and troubleshooting) - Wi-Fi setup

• A/V experience

• Bilingual (huge plus)

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issue.

• Help with the back room to organize and label all technology equipment for inventory and loaning purpose.

• Support the entire organization with software, equipment and services that will empower our employees to do their best work.

• Wi-Fi setup/troubleshooting

• Reliable day-to-day customer service.

• Communicate clearly and professionally through email, on the phone, and in-person.
