General Summary:

This position involves the following responsibilities:

• Design, develop and commercialize USB3 and USB4 features for Windows compute products

• Driver design, implementation and/or integration of new USB specs

• Work with hardware designers and system architects on current and future designs

• System design and analysis for best-in-class throughputs, power consumption and CPU utilization

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Three or more years of experience in Windows drivers development

• Must be proficient in C programming

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

• Solid understanding of SOC architecture and system design concepts

• Knowledge in USB4 and/or Thunderbolt preferred

Pay range:

$104,000.00 - $156,000.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
