Description

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Systems Engineer located in San Diego, California. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Azure System migrations and be client facing.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Office365 migrations, both hybrid and cloud only

• Administer and troubleshoot Office365, Windows Server, and workstation

• Maintain strong proficiency in Exchange, Hyper-V, Active Directory, and Powershell/VBS, SharePoint, and Teams

• Develop knowledge of Teams Voice, Skype for Business, Viva, and Office 365

• Implement and manage Intune policy including AutoPilot roll-outs and Apple Business Manager

• Understand and leverage public cloud and virtualization technologies such as Azure, Office 365 & HyperV

• Utilize Migration tools such as ForensIT, Azure Migrate, BitTitan, Cloudiway, MoveriO, Sharegate, SPMT

• Gain functional knowledge of Security and Identity Management, Okta, Public Key Infrastructure, SQL Server, or Linux/Unix/RedHat

• Work towards acquiring Microsoft certifications, which will be required for continued employment

• Utilize various skills including Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Database, Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, AB Testing, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, and Configuration Management.

Requirements • Proficient in Cisco Technologies

• Knowledge of Citrix Technologies

• Experience with Database management

• Familiarity with Dell Technologies

• Understanding of EO/IR systems

• Experience in AB Testing

• Proficiency in Active Directory

• Familiarity with Backup Technologies

• Knowledge of Computer Hardware

• Experience in Configuration Management

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks

• Strong attention to detail
