Description

We are in search of an Assembly Assistant to support our operations in the industry. Based in San Francisco, California, this role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in assembling robotic grippers, handling customer interactions, and maintaining detailed records.

Responsibilities:

• Assembling robotic grippers using necessary tools such as power drills

• Handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers and provide excellent service

• Managing data entry tasks and maintaining accurate customer records

• Corresponding via email to address customer inquiries and issues

• Utilizing Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word for daily tasks

• Scheduling appointments and managing customer accounts to ensure efficient operations

• Implementing previous assembly experience to enhance performance and productivity.

Requirements • Must possess strong skills in answering inbound calls, providing an effective response to customer inquiries

• Excellent customer service skills are required, with a focus on providing a positive customer experience

• Proficiency in data entry is essential, ensuring accurate and timely input of information

• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively, responding to inquiries and forwarding information as required

• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating a detail oriented and courteous phone manner

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must, including data manipulation and analysis capabilities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook for managing email, contacts, and calendar appointments

• Skilled in creating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, demonstrating a flair for design and clarity of message

• Must be adept at using Microsoft Word for document creation, editing, and formatting

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively, managing the calendar to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth operations.
