Responsibilities :

• Manage monthly reporting and NAV reconciliation processes.

• Oversee accounting, performance reporting, and operations for investment funds and the management company.

• Collaborate with investment, trading, and compliance teams to enhance portfolio monitoring, financial strategies, and internal policies.

• Direct year-end tax accounting processes.

• Lead compliance and operational responsibilities to ensure smooth business functions.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in hedge funds, ideally in a startup environment.

• Proven success in managing finance and operations within hedge funds.

• Experience in compliance, reporting, and operations.

• Familiarity with environmental commodities or markets is a big plus.

• CPA preferred.

• Tech savvy.

• Proficiency in financial management tools and MS Excel.

• Impeccable attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• A genuine passion for environmental and energy markets.
