The FP&A team at Oura plays an important part in delivering our company mission. We are a highly visible function responsible for delivering mission-critical analytics and insights to leadership and key stakeholders. To further our impact, we are looking for a Demand Planner to join our global FP&A team. This role will report to the Head of GTM FP&A and will partner with the go to market functions globally. You’ll play an integral role objectively and critically evaluating and challenging inputs to the demand planning process, performing ad-hoc analysis on trends and owning the forecast from creation to execution.

What You will do:

  1. Own the Local Channel Forecast Process from Creation to its Execution
  • Run the CPFR Process with our key partners as input into the forecasting process.

  • Prepare and submit monthly and weekly demand forecasts based on channel partner, local sales insights & Oura driven activities with a focus on Sell In, Sell Thru and Revenue.

  • Report on and manage demand trends + channel level inventory guidance for demand channels.

  • Local point of contact for sales, finance, allocations & fulfillment representing Operations.

  • Work with GTM team to develop and enhance demand planning inputs in the Monthly Business Review.

  • Work with internal teams to deepen forecast + analysis of owned (D2C + B2B) channels.

  • Explore integrating up-funnel metrics such as traffic, leads, lead qualification, and conversion rate into formal demand planning process.

  1. Optimize Channel Inventory via a robust allocation process
  • Monitor and adjust Sell Thru/Sell In forecasts to optimize channel inventories.

  • Interface with the supply chain and GTM teams to resolve or highlight supply/demand related business risks & opportunities.

  • Monitor, adjust and allocate supplies to improve On Shelf Availability and Channel Inventory Metrics.

  • Develop and enhance allocation process in collaboration with GTM teams.

  1. Channel level reporting
  • Consult with Sales leaders to develop and improve forecast reports that will assist them in the analysis of their business and decision making.

  • Channel Data Quality Assurance.

  • Build, manage and refine software reporting tools such as Tableau and Google Sheets.

Requirements

We would love to have You on our team, if You have:

  • 4+ years of specific demand planning experience in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.

  • Strong communication skills, coupled with the ability to articulate complex situations into a simple conversation.

  • Experience working with top tier retailers to create a comprehensive sales plan.

  • Experience managing and working with demand planning tools (eg. Anaplan, etc.)

  • Knowledge of Integrated Business Planning and S&OP process and governance.

  • Fluency with Microsoft Excel and or Google Sheets

  • Strong business acumen and proven ability to act as trusted advisor to business partners including cross functional Senior Leadership.

  • Ability to articulate and navigate relationships with people at all levels of an organization across multiple functions.

  • Curious lateral thinker able to see and understand the big picture while willing and able to deep dive to understand trends to formulate insights.

  • Ability to be a team player and work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while ensuring the planning team crosses the finish line together.

  • Self-starter who demonstrates high energy/creativity, a customer-focused approach and interest in developing a deep understanding of the business.

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates’ pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

Region 1: $119,500-$133,200

Region 2: $113,500-$126,500

Region 3: $107,500-$119,500
