Hybrid - 3 days onsite/week

Position Overview:

Our firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal with a preference for family law experience (not required but a plus, even if further back in experience) to join our busy practice. This is a high-volume role, supporting a partner and a team of attorneys and paralegals, with opportunities to work both onsite and remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Perform legal research to support case preparation and strategy

• Draft a variety of legal documents, including settlement proposals, pleadings, discovery requests, requests for orders, and trial briefs

• Calendar appointments, court dates, and important deadlines to ensure timely case progression

• Manage and organize client files, maintaining the accuracy and currency of our client database and document management system

• Maintain a steady billable hour requirement, meeting the firm's expectations for client service and efficiency

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of paralegal experience, with family law experience preferred but not required

• Proven ability to manage a high volume of cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Experience with client database and document management systems

• Ability to work collaboratively with a team, supporting a partner attorney, three additional attorneys, and two paralegals
