Description

We are in search of an Insurance Referral Coordinator to join our team in San Francisco, California. This individual will primarily focus on health insurance enrollments, providing clients with the necessary information and support to choose the right plan, and maintaining detailed customer records. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity in the health insurance industry. You must have an active Health Insurance License and have experience working with the ACA.

Responsibilities:

• Inbound and outbound calls to employees of partner companies, providing information about available health insurance plans and services

• Evaluate clients' individual health needs and financial situations to recommend the most suitable insurance plans.

• Clearly explain plan details, including coverage options, benefits, and costs, ensuring employees fully understand their choices.

• Guide clients through the enrollment process, assisting with paperwork and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.

• Address client questions and concerns promptly, providing exceptional service throughout the enrollment process.

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and enrollments in our CRM system.

  Requirements

• Must have active Health Insurance License in at least 10 States

• Must have at least 2 years' experience working with the ACA

• Prefer if you reside in FL or TX

• Prior experience working remote is mandatory

• Health Sherpa knowledge is a bonus
