Description
The consultative team specializes in providing optimization services to SMB sellers on a popular digital platform. The task is to accelerate revenue and enhance seller efficiency through sales initiatives, campaign performance, and tool infrastructure. As a Global Specialist on this team, the role involves implementing and ensuring accountability for global strategies and initiatives encompassing all SMB regions. Sustaining relationships with regional stakeholders to bring forth opportunities is a key responsibility, aiming to drive maximum business value and align with key objectives. The role serves as a critical point of interaction for leadership, confirming that regional teams are performing to meet business goals while managing regional initiatives.
The position also involves gathering and reporting program impact metrics across all regions, making certain that important learnings and areas of inadequacy are communicated to relevant parties.
Responsibilities
• Lead complex projects from beginning to completion, coordinating with various stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, and identify risks. • Craft automated project trackers and effectively communicate project status to relevant stakeholders. • Ensure that projects are precisely defined and communicated in a manner consistent with SMB objectives. • Efficiently manage projects across distinct teams, time zones, and regions. • Aid in localizing and regionalizing all programs & initiatives. • Work closely with SMB vendors to discover gaps and areas of opportunity. • Clearly communicate to cross-functional and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
What we're looking for
• At least 4 years of program or project management experience within the technology industry or a relevant field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing projects from start to finish. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with a knack for handling multiple projects and priorities concurrently. • A successful track record of developing internal relationships with leaders, partners, and key stakeholders. • Ability to excel in execution, establish priorities, and meet quick deadlines in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment. • Working proficiency with sales reporting tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Google Sheets. • A remarkable ability to simplify complex data into clear insights and actionable steps.
We're excited if you have:
• Experience in online performance advertising with a deep understanding of the advertising landscape. • Subject matter expertise in full-funnel/multi-objective advertising solutions and advertising measurement solutions is preferred. • Prior experience in digital account management or sales. • Basic data analysis skills.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
