As a critical member of the San Francisco Bay Area team, you would manage all internal market data directly impacting and influencing the day-to-day decisions of the regional team and the bigger-picture strategic vision of the company. You would not only manage all data analysis and collection but also play a pivotal role in how the data is presented visually.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Data/Information Management:

· Work closely with numerous Alexandria teams and the brokerage community to update and maintain accurate information organized in various software tools, including VTS, Salesforce, and Excel. Utilize these tools to closely track:

· Client and prospective tenant information.

· Lease comparables.

· Sales comparables.

· Competitive projects.

· Development pipeline information.

· Tenants in the market.

· Property stacking charts.

· Quarterly statistics.

· Net absorption.

· Prepare and contribute to weekly status reports and updates.

· Prepare quarterly market and leasing statistics, as well as other reports, for the executive team as required and for strategic planning meetings.

· Track and organize operating expense information for Alexandria buildings, as well as for like non-Alexandria buildings.

· Collaborate with teams, including designers, to develop and present best-in-class visualization of data.

· Evaluate strategies for developing compelling visualizations of our various data sets.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree required.

· 3+ years of relevant real estate experience preferred but not required; practical working knowledge and experience in leasing, marketing, real estate, or related fields preferred.

· Strong knowledge of data analysis and usage requirements.

· Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

· Experience with one or more Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Domo) a plus.

· Highly developed critical thinking skills, resourcefulness, and ability to think creatively about how to locate and analyze data.

· Ability to clearly present complex findings verbally, visually, and in writing.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently; self-motivation.

· Ability to effectively manage and organize multiple projects with various timelines concurrently.

· Communication with co-workers, management, and others in a courteous and professional manner.

· Strong customer service orientation, proven time management and organizational skills, and high attention to detail.

· A results-oriented, extremely proactive, and highly responsive individual with a strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently.

The expected base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 USD annually, plus annual discretionary bonus. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the consideration of many factors, which may include, but are not limited to, the individual’s knowledge, experience, education, qualifications, skills, and job location, as well as the Company’s compensation practices.
