Title: Senior Finance Associate

Location: San Francisco (hybrid, 2 days a week in office)

Salary: $100k-$140k base + bonus

About the Company: This Venture Capital firm adopts a progressive approach to the financial scenario of the 21st century. Offering focus on emerging domains such as digital currencies as well as established sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed reviews of quarterly reports prepared by the fund administrator.

• Review and distribute quarterly capital statements to investors.

• Work with auditors for annual financial audits.

• Assist in managing fund operations processes, monitor fund finances and investments.

• Assist in addressing finance related inquiries from investors and with fund tax compliance processes.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, tax, or related field.

• 3-5+ years of asset management auditing or accounting experience, with at least 2 years in VC/PE.

• CPA is highly preferred and passing FAR & REG is required.

• Strong analytical skills, excellent judgment, and creative problem-solving skills.

• Excellent skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
