About the Team

Reporting to the VP, Global Talent Acquisition, the team focuses on the most strategic searches for all business units at Nutanix in the world.

Your Role

• Lead Nutanix global critical search requirements

• Personally support 2-3 critical searches

• Develop and grow internal and external executive partnerships

• Coach and up-skill the Executive Search team

• Support career paths for internal talent to executive opportunities

• Onsite (hybrid) at Nutanix Headquarters in San Jose, CA

What You Will Bring

• Undergraduate degree

• 8-10 years related experience

• Current/previous retained search firm experience in a management capacity;

• Current/previous Executive Search Leadership role in the software industry;

• Executive communication skills (verbal and written) as well as effective partnership building expertise;

• Deep understanding of the Executive talent landscape and a strong network in the software industry;

• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance principles and best practices;

• Flexible to changing business priorities.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 0 and USD $ 0 per year.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
