Job Title: Hardware Test Engineer

Job Description

Our client is looking for someone to join their team as a Hardware Test Engineer, where you will be pivotal in performing power validation for CPUs. Your main responsibilities will include sustaining power support for both rack and blade servers, troubleshooting, and identifying root causes of issues. You will also engage in power DC simulation, board power up support, schematic modifications, and layout tuning. Furthermore, you will host power suppliers either online or onsite for product introductions and roadmap planning on a regular basis.

Successful candidates will also have the opportunity to develop design skills and get hands-on with other aspects of the hardware.

Hard Skills

• Experience validating power for CPUs (Intel or AMD)

• Experience in Power Lab environment

• Experience handling Probe, oscilloscope, and other hardware test tools

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 18 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in San Jose, California.

Work Environment

The position is 100% onsite with a Monday to Friday schedule in the Lab. Flexibility in start and end times is available.
