Cadence Design Systems, Inc. Sr Executive Administrator in San Jose, California

Cadence is looking for a highly resourceful and adaptable Executive Administrator who enjoys working within a very fast-paced and ever-changing organization. This role will support our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) who leads our Worldwide Field Organization.

Responsibilities:

This Exec Admin role provides full support for calendar management, travel, and meeting coordination and will also manage a range of other administrative, organizational, and research activities. The job holder will become a trusted partner to the CRO, using their organizational skills to anticipate his needs and act as both gatekeeper and gateway to access when others are requesting his time. They will filter and prioritize email, manage all aspects of his calendar, and help to facilitate effective communication within his team and with other internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a C-Level or other very senior level Executive

  • Strong time management and scheduling skills, highly organized, creative, and detail oriented with the ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects and activities

  • Flexible team player, effective problem solver, able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, environment, calm under pressure, and always open to new challenges

  • Able to react quickly to unexpected and last-minute changes and always willing to go the extra mile to provide exceptional levels of support

  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships

  • Experienced in maintaining confidentiality and displaying high levels of discretion around sensitive business-related information and decisions

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
