Key job responsibilities

As a Custom Offer Specialist, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Create impactful customer offers on Amazon Business in collaboration with the Product and Business team.

  • Enhance the visibility and accuracy of offer listing through content correction and improvement.

  • Drive process improvement and innovation by leveraging data and insights to inform the internal team.

  • Collaborate with Sales representatives and Product teams to gather requirements and shape the product roadmap to enhance the customer experience.

  • Provide valuable support to Amazon Business Partners by answering questions and guiding them on custom offer features.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

San Jose, CRI

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, utilizing tools such as pivot tables, macros, and v-lookups

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Proficiency on English Language (written and spoken)

  • 1+ years of experience working with operations processes and managing incidents and escalations

  • Proven experience performing analysis for the business (qualitative and quantitative) identifying improvement opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel

  • Knowledgeable with SQL

  • Business to business catalog experience
